Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Carol M. Sirockman and Phillip C. Sirockman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, on the 25th day of July, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 3367, Page 410; said mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to First Horizon Home Loans a division of First Tennessee Bank, by instrument recorded in Mortgage Book 3839, Page 644, in the aforesaid Probate Office; the undersigned First Horizon Home Loans a division of First Tennessee Bank, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Opelika, Lee County, Alabama, on March 16, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit:
